4.9.20 – Daily Dose of Worship. 2 Chronicles 7:3-4. Loved.

PRAYER: Please pray for Bobby tonight. Prayers for healing.

DEVOTION: “When all the people of Israel saw the fire coming down and the glorious presence of the Lord filling the Temple, they fell face down on the ground and worshiped and praised the Lord, saying, “He is good! His faithful love endures forever!” Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices to the Lord.” 2 Chronicles‬ ‭7:3-4‬

He is good. His faithful love endures forever. It does. It endures forever. For all time and in all places and situations. There is not one of us who has never been loved by the Father. We are not in a state of unlove. We are continually loved in a way that continues to leave me speechless sometimes. You are loved today.

Notice that they made this statement after seeing the Lords presence in the temple and then they made sacrifices. Sacrifices to God. As a sign of their commitment to him and their belief and trust and faith in him.

God is calling us today to make sacrifices. To be humbled before him and turn from our ways back to him. Not sure where you’re at in your relationship with God but we are all in a state where we need to humble ourselves, ask for forgiveness and be led to a place of sacrifice and obedience.

Today. Think on your life, your ways, your actions and reactions. Take the time to be led into His presence through worship or devotions. Listen. Hear him speak. Hear his voice in the words that you read of the words that you sing.

He is good. His love endures forever.
