4.7.20 – Daily Dose of Worship. Psalm 91:16. Salvation.

PRAYER: Please pray for Bobby from our MNW group. He’s in the hospital tonight. Prayers for healing and strength.

DEVOTION: “With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.” – Psalm 91:16

Moses ends this Psalm with the most beautiful reward in existence. Salvation. The actual definition of salvation is preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin or loss.

God once again is telling us and promising us deliverance and preservation from harm, ruin or loss.

This entire Psalm has had the same message, the same promises and the same intentions. Our God never fails. He never fails us and he promises us salvation. Deliverance. Safety. Hope. Protection.

So as we wrap up this Psalm, continue to rest in and know that our God is delivering us and preserving us from harm, ruin or loss. God is keeping us wrapped under his wing, sheltering us from the evil.

Pray today, lean into this today, lean into hope. Lean into fearlessness. Lean into love. Lean into every promise that He has made to you and to me over the last sixteen verses. Lean into salvation. Lean into grace. Lean into mercy.

God today. We can do nothing but thank you for who you are, the promises you make and the love that you continue to share with us and show to us every single day. Today, we kneel before you in reverence and thankfulness for your provision and mercy.

To God be the glory, hallelujah.

Today is just one day…in a year full of days…in a lifetime full of years… and this lifetime is just a quick blink when compared to what is coming.
