PRAYER/ Please pray today for direction. That God would lead you in 2020.
DEVOTION: As we close out Ephesians, we end with this passage.
“Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you. Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.” – Ephesians 6:21-24
After all of this talk of war. All this talk of action and how to react in situations. Paul ends with proclaiming peace and grace and love.
That’s the bottom line for our Lord isn’t it. Treat others with peace and love. Offer grace as we go through our days. Offer hope and forgiveness.
I pray that your love for our Lord is strong and gets stronger each day. Work on it. Dive deep into it. Develop habits that allow you to broaden your relationship with Him.
Read the Bible.
Meditate on Jesus.
I hope this devotion through Ephesians has been helpful and insightful. I hope you’ve found a new way to look at the book and interpret it.

We’ll continue these devotions every day. Our desire is to seek Jesus more and more in everyday life. That is my prayer for you. To know Jesus and to make Him known.
